Document not showing up in access point

Hi All,

I have publisehd a document on QV server. I do not have publisher license. I have only QV server. I entered document information, allocated CALs etc and clicked on apply. I have checked document security and my user is also listed there. I have user CAL assigned too. However, When I check the access point, the report does not showup there. Can someone help me to resolve this issue

Hi Arif,

You need to enable the log file. open the application go to setting--document properties-- on right you will see generate log file.

the log file will be create in the same folder.

the application visibilty through section access, i think it a new feature from qv 10 onwards.

I know this is old - but thought I'd add one thing that I don't think has been mentioned...

If you go to the document tab in QMC > select document > Server tab > Availability and ensure that the right options are ticked. If you have nothing ticked here, then it won't show up in accesspoint.
