Documentation for load filter specifiers?

Is there any documentation covering load filter specifiers - the stuff that goes in the filter(...) statement in the FROM clause, such as


filters(Remove(Row, RowCnd(CellValue, 1, StrCnd(null))))


The manual simply says:

Filters

filter specifiers ::= ( filterspec { , filterspec } )
