Does Qlik view has any extension/direct appraoch for creating Network node charts

I've a scenario in auto industry, where we have 5 main departments like chassis, body, trans..etc. and multiple service engineers working under respective departments assisting dealer issues.

Scenario: we have some cases where a single request(RID) is handled/shared by different departments. So, I need to represent all RID's(shared + individually solved) in a network chart. something like in the pic.

Is there a possibility in QV?
