Doubt about selections and function

Hi everybody

For example i have this table

Short Name	Name
Charly	Charles
Chris	Christian
Mon	Monica

If i select 'Charly' with the associativity Charles will be marked but i don't wanna only  see Charles in grey. I wanna see it in green, in the same way if i selected Charles.

I'm not sure if i made myself clear. If i select one column, i wanna select automatically the other column
