So I have created the group,made the selections for dimensions, and added it as my dimension.

Why does nothing happen when I click on the arrow?

You drill down by making a selection on the field in the drill down group. That expands the dimension to the values of the second level matching the selection. Click the up arrow to back out of the drill down.

The drill groups often contain something like, Year, Month, Day. Click in a year and it will expand to the matching months. Click on a month and it will expand to the days matching the year and month selection. Go back by clicking the icon.

The top field of your Drill down is Campaign, so no action on the arrow to go up as it is at the top drill.

if you click on the rows of campaign, it will drill down to DealNo.

then you can click on arrow to go up
