Dynamic mailing without using macro

Hi all,

I want a mailing application which would let selection from the following fileds

Application Name Chart Name Mail Ids Time Period Time

App1 CH001 abc@gmail.com Daily 11:03 A.M.

..... ..... ................. .... ......

Now based on the field selection from these fileds, the mail would be sent.

How can this be done (WITHOUT using MACRO).

Any Input would be appreciated.
