EXPORT TO EXCEL - FILE IS EMPTY

I have problems in exporting excel file.

On some pc works on others just opens excel but does nothing.

is It possible that some update of explorer?

The  version about the browser is Explorer 11 Ver. 11.0.9600.17239, Ver. Agg. 11.0.11

Hi Andrea,

If you're using IE 64 bit, then it may not work properly. Try using IE 32 bit. Find the screenshot attached.

My pc installed Office 2007 & Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Other pc with problem have windows 8 Professional 64 bit with office 2013

The pc haven't problem is windows 7 professional 64 bit with office 2013, and versioni IE 11 ver 11.0.9600.17239

Hi!

I have the same issue.

I added QVS IP to trusted sites, enabled all macros in Excel, reinstalled IE plugin, no luck.

If I run IE as administrator, export to excel works just fine. Problem occures only with usual session even if user has administrative right on PC.

Any thoughts?

OS: Windows 7 32bit

QVS: 11.20.12742.0.SR10

MS Office 2013/ MS Office 2010

Browser: Internet Explorer 11

Hi again!

UAC should be disabled. Now export working as intended.

Just curious why it wasn't the issue earlier.
