We are accessing the dashboard from accesspoint. It works fine for most of the users. One user is getting Empty Request pop up when he is trying to access the Accesspoint.
I check his access and all the access he needs is setup for him.
Tried from different browsers from his machine , he still gets the empty request pop up .
