Equal too; Not Equal too in a Set analysis

Hello,

I am trying to write a set analysis that contains both an equal too(=) and not equal to(-=), in order to properly filter a chart How would you write this set analysis.

For example

I am pulling data from a ODBC, I Have multiple projects each with multiple sub task underneath them. From a Project level i just want to see the overall task but not their sub task (not equal to those sub-task), But i also need to set an (equal too) so the analysis only looks at one project. How would i write this set analysis?
