Error : OUT OF VIRTUAL AND/OR LOGICAL MEMORY, allocating 4096MB

This error occur when QV Client on server makes QVD file.
Please see attach files is server logs , Scripts, DSI, and Error screen .
Server has 150GB free memory when error occurs.
Customer think Store of QVD has problem on Memory use.
This error has few customers.
What cause do you exist about this problem?
Isn't there workaround?
