Has anyone had this problem before?

I'm installing Qlik Desktop on windows 7

I run into the following error message .

Error opening installation log file.

Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable

I'm on windows 7 professional, there was no more information than the message I posted

I'm logged on as an Admin users

I've checked with the online chat, and opted for a cloud account

No, not really but I will use Cloud instead
