Error "The Web server is currently not responding"

I am setting up QlikView web server in the QMC, but I get the Error "The Web server is currently not responding. If you receive the Not Responding message, and the Qlikview Webserver Service or Qlikview Webserver Settings Service is running, it may be due to network error or firewall issues."

Here is the background.

1. The QlikView version is 11.20 SR12 64-bit.

2. I have setup a web server(qweblnw013) in the past and it is running. (As shown in the attachment highlighted, I have just scrambled the dns names). I have used the similar setting for this installation as well (qwenlnw002), but it is giving me issues.

3. I didn't have to change the port to 4750 in the config.xml file as it was there during the installation only.

4. The QlikView app server is in the network and the web servers (old and new) are in the DMZ. They are talk to each other over the ports  80,443 and 4750 and they are pingable from each other.

5. The same service account is running all the QlikView services on all these servers.

6. As per some QlikView posts, I have tried changing the port from 80 to 8080 in the QMC>>System>>Setup>>Management Service>> QlikView Web Servers>> desired server (qweblnw002)>> General>> Communication: Port:.

7.The Firewall is turned OFF.

8. The log file in the C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\Log, shows the following:

8/26/2016 11:08:53.9264007 Information Initializing service

8/26/2016 11:08:53.9576505 Information Attempting to start QVWS soap server at port 4750...

Please help me. Re-installation is not an option, as I already have a web server which is running fine and only this new web server is giving me issues.

Thanks.

Hi,

I tried the following two things today and one of them seems to have fixed the problem.

1. Go to the web server, IIS>> Default WebSite>>QvAjaxZfc>>Right click on Anonymous Authentication>>Edit and change the "Anonymous user identity" from "Specific user" to "Application pool identity".

Also change the Windows Authentication from "Enabled" to "Disabled".

2. On the same server, Go to Server Manager>>Local Server>> IE Enhanced Security Improvement Program>> and turn it OFF. Do the same on the app server.

Thanks.
