Error run with cmd

I am trying to run qlivkiew using a windows or using a cmd command, but i have this warning(attached) and the it run

what is the way to take out this warning?

The machine you are running the cmd has no QlikView license and is running it in Personal Edition. A Personal Edition cannot open files created by another user. If you like to reload a file created by another user, you'll need a license.
