Error when trying to export to Excel through QVS

I just added a document to Access Point on our staging server, and whenever I try to export a chart to Excel I get the following message:

Can't open 'http://mystagingserver.com/QvAjaxZfc/QvsViewClient.aspx?public=only&size=long&host=QVS%40qv12stag01&...' due to error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: http://mystagingserver.com/QvAjaxZfc/QvsViewClient.aspx?public=only&size=long&host=QVS%40qv12stag01&...

If I go to a different qvw through Access Point, I am able to export to Excel. I am also able to export to Excel when I open this qvw in QlikView Desktop. So I believe the issue lies with this specific qvw on Access Point. I've taken the following steps already:

-Made sure that "Allow Export" was enabled under Document Settings -> Security

-Made sure that "Print and Export to Excel" was enabled for "All Users" under QlikView Management Console -> Documents -> Server -> Availability

-Made sure that "Allow Print and Export to Excel" was enabled under QlikView Management Console -> System -> Setup -> QlikView Servers -> Documents

-Made sure that there was a Temp folder at this path C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\Temp

-Made sure that there was an entry for XLS Mime Type (application/vnd.ms-excel) under QlikView Management Console -> System -> Setup -> QlikView Web Servers -> Web

P.S. I am using Chrome to access the document.

EDIT: I tried pasting the link in the error message into my address bar, and I was able to successfully download the document. But unfortunately, this is not a good solution for our users.

Yes, it turned out that we actually had a faulty extension. When we upgraded to QlikView 12, we had to update a few of our function calls in the extensions.

One suggestion can u try to export only limited data and check whether it works..

If you mean exporting to a CSV or using the Print option, then no it doesn't work. If you are talking about the amount of data being sent to Excel, the table I am testing on only has 10 rows and 4 columns.

Could you upload this qvw?

Unfortunately no. The information in it is proprietary. Also, I don't think the problem is with the QVW itself, because I am able to Export to Excel through QlikView Desktop. I am only having an issue when trying to export for this document through AJAX.
