Error while opening dashboard in access point(urgent help please)

Could anyone help me regarding below error please as it is very very urgent please.

Please find attached as my user getting this error while logging in to the dashboard whihc is in access point

First, try to open your doment using IE plugin

Thanks and we have IE plugin only and it is opening in my side but My user getting the problem. Please help is there any way to set this?

This screen you´ve post occurs using Ajax plugin.

Did you user installed the plugin?

Yes they have IE plugin installed in their system.

Please ask your user to click into "View Details" and force opening using Plugin

• Can the user open any other QV applications without an
  issue?
• Is there a Section Access USerid & Password instead of
  SSSO?
• Did you try to reinstall the plug-in? It might fix the issue
  most of the times…
