Exclude options in a field box

I have added a field box where I can select coworker names and in the load script i load all coworkers that are active.

Now i want to exclude all coworkers that are not addressed as 'Salesman' in one of the field boxes. I dont want to do it in the script since i need all options in other cases. is that possible?

you can use expression and use the condition
