Export to Excel Error

We have puplished the Qlik doc on Server, While asscessing he file through URL, I couldn't able export the data to Excel, It is showing following errors

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

If i Open the Original soure file on server is working fine, and ite allowing to Export Excel also.

Please help me.

Are you using a macro to export? Ot just right click and export on the chart?

On Windows Vista, exporting data to "C:\" is not allowed - based on group policy. Could that be the issue with you?

I am very new to the tool , this my frist application developement

I am not using macros, Just right clik and Export the data to excel

If i open the server source file its allowwing to export ,After IIS depolement its not allowing
