I add export button from actions--add-External--export . i am done with this and also file export in folder but the problem is
when i select record from table e.g. i have tehse records

so when i select Ins table shows only ins record and then when i try to click on export button this export only these last 3 records.. where as i want whole table on file what ever selection is made..
add an alternate state (Settings->Document Properties->General->Alternate State
then right click on your table and assign it to that alternate state
in this way you are isolating the table from the current selection set of data
you can also make your table readonly so that no selection is made in the alternate state
N.B. you need to add current selection box and assign it to your alternate state to view any selection made in that state

You could create an alternate state and add that to the Action on the button. This way the table would filter data but when extracting the information you would get all the records.
