Set analysis to display 4 Year data

Hi,

I have 6 years of data in my DB but in chart i want to display only 4 years.

Eg: 2013 ,2014,2015,2016,2017,2018

Expected result : 2015,2016,2017,2018 in dimension of chart.

But all 6 years should be there in the list box filter.

If I want to see 2013 data I can select from list box.

Please help with the solution.

Hi,

You need Set analysis for the same.

Try below example.

Sum({<Year = {">=$(=Max(Year)-3)"}>}Sales)

Hi,

I have already a dimension in chart as below

=if('20'& Right(TMonth.Year,2)<>20,'20'&Right(TMonth.Year,2))

which is displaying the year of 2015 -2016 as 2016 and so on.

I have to display only 4 years in that ie.2015 2016 2017 2018

I dont want the sum of sales.Just the year needs to be filtered.

Please help if you have solution to this.
