Exporting object in XL format and Mail the same XL towards respective sides automatically

Dear All,

How i can write the macro for extract the XL automatically and mail the same XL to respective sides to which we want.

Any suggestion or clue ....how i can write the macro for this ??

Please Help would be much appreciated.
