Hi guys

If I was to put the Supplier Name and Spend columns from the attached into a straight table, how would I show AFC Ajax on one row, and all the others added together on another?

Hi Gareth,

Use a calculated dimension:

=Aggr(If([Supplier Name] = 'AFC Ajax',[Supplier Name],'Other'),[Supplier Name])

to get:

Supplier Name	Sum ([Spend (£)])
	£3602388.42
Other	£3524562.42
AFC Ajax	£77826.00
