Expression Mapping

Hi

I'm looking at this problem and trying to think of the best approach to use

I have a table each report name with refer to a particular item in the calculation sometimes more than once for eg

Location    Report      Dimension      Calculation used

London       1               SD                Sum("Set analysis expression to pick the sum of lines for report 3, location London Dimension SD")

London       3                SD                Same as above

Was wondering the most efficient way to do this ?

Currently I have an inline table for columns 1 -3  and I'm using a pivot table with set analysis expressions to generate results. The complication later comes when I need to use formulas to refer to other results in the table.

Am I doing it in the most best practice way ?

Thanks

Sarah
