In the below table, Show field need to be calculated as expression or during scripting.
1) For category if there is a first initial date exists and there is no Actual date, status of that record need to be shown in Show Column.
2) If both initial date and actual date exist then status of next record to be shown in Show column.
3) If all status has initial and actual date then Show column should show 'Complete'
