Expression Total + Sum of Rows

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to sum two column totals in straight table, where in one column total mode is expression total and in other column total mode is sum of rows. What I need is new column where I will show only total number of column which is sum of two previously mentioned column.

Any help is welcome.
