In my dashboard loading time is very high.

it has large data and complex expression how it can be optimzed?

That's hard to answer without having a look at your data model, data and expressions used.

Maybe start with this thread and go through all best practices, check if they are applicable to your expressions and model:

Your question is very general without much supporting information about what you mean by "large data", "complex expressions" and "high loading time".

If you give us some numbers. How many rows, how many columns, what is "high loading time" in minutes? How many tables in the load? How many operations between the tables (joins etc) and operations with the tables (transformations/calculations)?

What do you mean by complex expressions? Do you have some examples. How many complex expressions do you use per chart? Do you have one or many charts that show low performance?
