Extension object is not opening in web view in qlikview server - Urgent help please!!

Hi,

When I am opening extension objects in Qlikview server . it is showing 'Navigation to the web page was cancelled' Please can anyone suggest me what is this error. Even I can not able to open in personal edition also.

Thanks. There is no extensions folder in above location in Qlikview server. This means the extension objects are not there in server.  is that right?

Yes. Create the folders and copy in the extension components.

A qar file is essentially just a zip file.

Any example please.  Do I need to copy the .qar to below location

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

EDIT: Please see attached do I need to copy the .qar which is showing in attached to C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer

No, the QAR file is a zip file. You need to install it and then move it to the directory for QVS.

You can even open .qar file from winrar and copy the content.
