por exemplo: https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/correios/

de forma nativa sem precisar de API ?

It will depend on how the web page is built. This one in particular does not have a , but instead is using

tags for each line, which requires a more complex parsing. See if you can use the Webfile wizard in the QlikView Desktop script editor and move from there.
It very well be that the page is complex enough (and with dynamic contents generated run time) that it may not be possible.
