Extranet Server

hi all i need to have some information regarding Etranet Server.

How it works?

how to configure?

and what is a main purpose to use this.

also if i am using Extranet Server i will be using Session Cals only.

so how long those session cals will be running?

and if user will login throught that extranet server is able to create server objects also?
