i am unable to open the dashboard from the accesspoint and it says the error message "failed to open, document corrupt"
But I am able to open the doucment from the desktop without any issues?
Can any one help? its urgent please

I also had same issue and resolved by deleting the .meta and .shared file from the source document folder and then try to re-publish again and got resolved. tks
Yes, it is. I am the admin able to open from desktop but not from access point.
i tried it didnt resolve the issue.
if i copy the file to other server it works. any idea what could be the issue?
