Failed to open document

Hi,

I have tried opening a QVW on a number of different computers, but an error 'Failed to load document' keeps popping up.

If anyone knows what is causing this or has a solution, I'd really appreciate it.

What version are you using?

The reason I ask is that I had a similar problem with V9 SR3 if I saved a document with a bookmark set. This problem was resolved in SR4 (and SR5).

If you are using a service release before SR4, I suggest that you upgared and try again.

I'm using V9 SR5, so not really sure why I still get the error.

Do you know if there are any security applied to this document? If so, are you sure that your ID is also included in the section access.

I have faced similar issues and found that it was because, I missed to add my user ID in the section access.
