Failed to reload or open the documet


Hi,

I have a problem reloading and opening a document.

The document is set to reload every day. At the first 2 day's the document reloaded successfully and then it started to fail every day.

The log says-

Error: Document open call failed. The document might require username
and password.

If I tried to reload it manually through the document (without using the "QlikView Management Console") it worked just fine!

Today, the reload through the "QlikView Management Console", failed as usually, and I can't open the document any more: it says that it's failed to load and failed to open.

any suggestions?

I have to recover the document, at least.

Yes, apparently we had problems with RAM memory- so the document failed while processing and it caused the document the damage (had to recover a old doc.).

About failing the load through management console, It's just a bug with qlikview. the console says the load failed, but it's actually loaded successfully.

pls check virtual memory, earlier we also facing the issue..

It was a hardware problem, We didn't have enough of everything.. not RAM, to high CPU, too much data to handle basically.. The solution was to improve properties of the hardware and the problems solved..
