Does anyone have a solution to this? I have it with QV10, SR1. No changes were made to the server, users just reported that documents were not being served anymore and I am unable to do anything, restarting the service will result in no error as it appears to run again, but whenever any config is attempted, I get this message.

Thanks,

Joe

Hi all

As there is a small bug I suppose In V10 SR1

so I reuest you to uninstall every thing and remove entries from registry.

Then Re-Install qlikview server V 10 SR1.

HI Robert

Make sure that all of your servicea are running.

and make sure that tha account what you are using for QEMC must have administrator privilages and inturn belongs to qlikview administrators group.

After fixing that try again.

also restart services once compleating the above activity.

All the services are up and running, the service account is a member of both the local administrators group and the QlikView Administrators group, but same issue

Interestingly the error goes away if we use a local server account as the service account rather than a domain account. The issue with this is that QlikView can not then access resources elsewhere on the network (i.e. documents, MS Sql, etc...)

I had the same problem after installing the beta version 11 of the server.

By default all the services starts using the local system account. I changed all of them to start under an account that is member of the Qlikview Administrators group and it worked.
