Field design question auto width size

let say you have a dashboard which started 3 years ago and now growing. the fields you created for year is right beside month on 10 tabs and they are not linked together.

what is optimal way to change all those fields to adjust to fit in more years as we move along.

Or

Will it require modification of all pages and field adjustment.

Is there anything we can do before we design to accommodate increasing value at later stage.

I guess it's multi-column list box you are using. You can fix the number of columns that would keep the size fixed and allow scroll with increasing member (This is design consideration). And for change, If the list boxes are placed at similar place for different sheets, you can make the changes in one sheet and then simply clone them and drag down to another sheet.
