Filter In Text Box

Hi all,

I am showing the map for pending status.pending status has three types of categories(Green,Yellow,Red).Bringing those Pending status as filter using Text object. In Multi box it contains 4 types of fields as filter like Type,Name,Unit,Actions. If I select text object as filter and select the multi box filter it get associate and get me the correct map.But If I select another filter from text object i get disappear of filter from multi box. Is there any possibility achieve this functionality.

sorry I couldn't get the exact scenario in sample file which i am creating.
