Filtering a Pivot Table

Hi guys,

i'm just wondering if someone could help me.

I want to filter values of an expression in a pivot table.

Maybe is it possible to create a new dimension?

The values that I want to filter is in the column "Check" in the pivot table.

I attach here the example.

Thank you so much.

You can follow the same process suggested by tresesco

but in multibox > expression > Paste the expression and Name it to Check

Not sure what you are looking for. Are you trying to have all OKs and remove NOs? You have to explain a bit more.

Yep. That's right. I'd like to be able to filter the value of "Check" that as u can see are "OK" or "NO".

I'm wondering if it's possible to creata "Check" like a dimension where I can choose to sign "OK" or "NO".

Do u need more information?

Let me modify and upload here a new version a little bit more accurate.

Take a listbox, go to expression (in the Field drop down); try expression like:

=Aggr( <Your expression in the piviot table> , [Business Unit ID])

Not yet what I'm looking for.

The target would be to have "Check" as a dimension in "Filter by", where I can choose only "OK" or "NO"...
