Find Current Named Users

Is there a log file that shows the current list of named users licenses? I am writing a license analyzer application, and am able to pull the user id from the session logs, but it shows all users, regardless of if they have a license currently or not. All I am looking for is a list of current users as shown in the QEMC, but in some log file to pull into an application.
