Flag Repeat

Hi!

I have made data regarding sales cancel for each outlet and product. I want to make a repeat flag that shows when for one specific outlet and one specific product he bought it turned out to be canceled, then on the following dates there was a sale for the same product by that outlet, it was called repeat.

I have data which looks like this:

i expect the flag repeat turn out like this

number 1 appears when the product is canceled and then a sale occurs, and when we select the repeat flag it will also appear when the product is canceled.
