Font different between AP and Qliktool

Hi Community,

Different format appearing between access point and Qlikview.

My Checks:

Same version - server and qlikview tool

same configs between all web servers.

Please let me us know if in case any one have some idea to fix it.

Hi Priya,

Please share a screenshot of the same or qvw of a sample. There is very less chances for font change. You might have not saved your changes in desktop version and deployed the old version in AP or the updated version may not be refreshed in AP. Please check these things.

Please check the font that you are using in Qliktool is available on server or not.

That's true. Preview won't effect same as Local version in Web View. If you can notice same Font in Qlikview using Web-View. you may understand and most it will be same in Access point like in Web View.

The Qlikview plugin and desktop both run on your PC and can use the fonts installed on the PC. But if the font is not installed on the server, Ajax (access point web view) will fail down to a default font which will look different to desktop.

If you stick to fonts commonly installed on all machines (like Arial/Verdana/Tahoma), then you will not have this problem.
