Font in application on access point is not getting displaying as expected

Hi All,

I have developed an application on 11.2 SR12 and have used Helvetica font (in True type format) in the application.

I have installed same font on the server (i.e. QlikView 12 server), but when i had published the app on server (QlikView 12) the font is the application is not getting displaying correctly, instead data is getting displayed by some other format randomly picked by the application.

Does anyone had face the same issue in the past?

Can someone share his/her thoughts?

Which client are you using? IE plugin or AJAX client ?

I have converted the Open type font to True type font as QlikView reads only true type fonts and have installed the same on Server. I am able to veiw the newly added fonts on the local desktop client but the font is not reflecting on access point post publication.

Will go through the steps mentioned in the post above.
