From an expression can it be determined which cyclic group is active?

In the backgrond color attribute in the expressions tab for a chart I am using "=rgb(R,G,B)" for the color. It it is working well.

From the background color attribute is there a way to know which one of the cyclic group demensions has been selected by the user?
