I am trying to make a gantt chart for upcoming time. After person selects the timeframe they want to see they can view the chart below.
The problem I'm having is the person's time isn't stacked in one row it looks like stairs. The reason it is doing that is because I have two dimensions. One the person which is right and two the start date. The start date is what is making it go on different levels but I can't find a way to do the gantt chart without it there. Is there a setting I can set to ignore the start date?
My Dimensions:
1. Person - suppress when null and show legend are checked
2. Start date - nothing is checked
My Expressions:
1. Person - enable, invisible, bar, and text as popup are checked
2. Start date - enable, invisible, bar, and text as popup are checked
3. Bench time - enable, bar are checked > converted to date
4. Unavailable - enable, bar are checked > converted to date
Style:
Bar, horizontal, and stacked
Axes:
start date with a min and max of the start dates selected
Hi Kristen,
If I am reading this correct you seek the axis to become continuous in the Axit tab, then select hide axis. This should make it a bit more linear.

Peter
