Getting Variables while loading Binary load

If anybody knows about getting variables while load binary load, please share details. I didn't find exact details in old posts.

by using Binary load can read data model and data, we can't read variables and sheet objects

When we load a QVW using binary load we can only access data but we cant use the variables
