Getting an error when sending my report to excel

Hello

I am trying to ru a report that gets me an year worth of data.

The report renders the data fine.

But when I send my report to excel or do an export as csv I get error.

Attached is the screenshot of the error.

Did you try to search with the text "Out of Virtual and/or Logical Memory" on this forum? It comes up with a number of discussions that gives hints on how to resolve your problem.

Are you getting this error when running on server or when you are using desktop client?

I believe this error comes only when your RAM is almost used by you data model or dashboard ,first step I would do is to create a .mem file to find out which one o my component is using the highest memory and tackle that components one by one.

I think you have already reloaded your dashboard with  small subset of data and you didn't had this virtual memory issue at that point .

Hello Rizwan,

Did you checked which component is using the maximum memory using the .mem file?

Did you reloaded the dashboard with less data and checked if it is working or not?

Did you checked your data model that you don't have nay island table or Cartesian product?
