Global KPI bar

I am working on a dashboard which has several sheets, and I need to display same group of KPI objects in some sheets. Instead of copy & paste linked KPI object in sheet one by one, is it possible to create a global KPI bar, so these sheets can share the global KPI bar?

Thank you!

If you have only 3 sheets and I may suggest you to copy paste those. And pause that ID to all the same for all KPI's?

Thank you for looking at my questions.

There are 7 sheets in my dashboard and 3 of them need to display the same group of KPI object. BTW this is Qlikview dashboard.

I know copy & paste linked object is a solution. I was wondering if there is better solution.

Thank you Anil.

Sarah,

Linked objects would be your better solution.  Otherwise you're looking at creating a bunch of hidden objects on the same sheet to mimic the process of selecting other sheets.  What I mean by that is that if you needed the KPI bar across three sheets you could add all of the objects from the three sheets onto a single sheet and show or hide based upon a navigation button object that you would create.  It gets a little complex in trying to deal with, but it could be done.  Again, not a better solution.  Simply a different solution.

Good Luck

Keeping those objects in a container may be an option but many users don't like them.

Actually I have tried putting these KPI objects into a container, but for some reason, sometimes for the container I have created, the "Object" selection is grayed out when I select "Copy to Clipboard", therefore I am not able to do the copy & paste linked container to other sheet. Not sure why.

Thank you Digvijay.
