Good evening, I have a list of cities with relative latitude and longitude. I would like to view them on a map like google maps. Can you help?

Check IdevioMaps for QV as an Extension.

There are other Extgensions also if this one does not suit.

Grab Brian Munz's QuickMap here: https://github.com/brianwmunz

That can take longlat data and present it across openstreetmap maps. It has the advantage of being licence free. Options like Google and Idevio require licences for use.
