Google Map not getting displayed

Hello,

I am using google map in my aplication for US geaography.

In the scatter chart only bubbles are cming and map is not getting displayed. I have gone through older posts with similar issues but they could not help me out in my case. I am attching an application.

I have also created a text box which contains the dynamic image link and if u take that link to IE it gives me the map to be put in the background. But somehouse it is not displaying in application. Transparency also set to 0%.

Have a look at it and suggest.

you can even dispaly google map in personal edition.

hello  Suraj,

                      In your application remove synthetic key by renaming

Parent_City as City_parent

and in text box

goto general-> Representation -> seleect image

Is it down to a QV version issue?  Ie was this functionality only made available in QV 10?   (nb I use QV v8.5, and haven't managed to get this to work yet)

However, there are a number of different ways to achieve similar, see Rob Wunderlich's cookbook, as has a few interesting examples.  Alternatively, please see link to an example I based on RW's cookbook (and help from the forums): http://community.qlik.com/thread/28672
