This is because you don't have any longitude and latitude values.

Thank asfaq but i followed the attched doc. whats solution

You need Lat and Long with data as pointed out above.

iv amended your URL see attached

iv also changed the transparency

Now you can see a map with nothing potted on it, you need to specify some Latt/Long values in your data
