Google map URL working fine in Browser but not in the Chart

Our Qlikivew server are behind firewall and we cant open the port to the internet. so we created an api to return the result of Google map. Now the problem is when i put the URL string created for dynamic charts background in the text box and use that in the Browser. it shows me the image but when i try in Qlikivew chart it shows me blank. Somehow i got it to work by getting the internet to be opened just once so that we can open the map in the chart and after that my network team closed it. it worked fine until we had to restart the server for maintenance reason. Now its again showing blank. Has anybody done this before if they have please help me.
