Governance Dashboard scheduled reload with no data but manual load works

Hi Experts,

I have started using the Governance Dashboard provided by the Qlik Support team.

I have configured the paths and they are as

D:\Folder1\reports

D:\Folder1\Logs folder

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR 

and in ther setup page on QMC i have the paths like :

\\Server1\folder1\reports

When I do a manual reload of the governance dashboard, the dashboard would have data but

when i run the scheduled load, it does not fetch any data.

Any idea what I am missing?

Is it something to do with the permissions or something else?

Hi All,

I found root cause and fix for this problem.

The issue was with the sharing of the folders used in the configuration tab of the governance dashboard.

Once the configuration has all the paths set, these folders need to have sharing enabled using the windows Sharing feature.

Once I shared the folder it worked.
