Grouping issue with stacked graphs – cannot view at top level.

Hi all.

I have stacked bar charts that report on various measures (such as Age, Ethnic Background, Gender etc).

Dimensions:

ServiceGroup (hierarchy as follows: Trust > Borough > Service Line > Service)

ValueDescription (based on measure - one measure has several ValueDescriptions)

Expression:

Count((EpisodeID))/Count(total <ServiceGroup> EpisodeID)

The idea is that users will select a measure (Age for example) and the stacked graph will display a proportional breakdown of the measure. Users can then drill through ServiceGroup from Trust > Borough > Service Line > Service, depending on their requirement.

However… it was noticed a couple of weeks back that one of the measures would not allow the graph to be viewed at the top (Trust) level - the chart would immediately split into the various boroughs. It is now the case that none of the measures can be viewed at Trust level - the charts immediately split into borough level regardless of which measure is selected.

No changes to the graphs, the group or the underlying data structure have been made. I have reloaded the data, rebuilt the graphs, rebuilt the grouping all to no avail.

I would be very grateful if anyone had any suggestions.

Many thanks, Michael.
